Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas in 1993. She went on to receive a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Kansas State University in 1995. Amy has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the birth to three population for 20 years in a variety of settings in the Kansas City area. Amy started her career providing home based therapy services for a private practice and then moved onto Children’s Therapeutic Learning Center to provide center based services. In 2001, she came to Infant-Toddler Services of Johnson County (ITSJC) to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing home based services. In 2013, Amy accepted a position as Team Evaluator/Intake Coordinator for ITSJC and now completes evaluations to determine eligibility for the ITSJC program. In her free time, Amy enjoys attending her teenage children’s sporting events and playing golf.
